6.   Use of four-wheel drive technology covering the various modes
7.   Use a tow strap to recover a vehicle
8.   Perform maintenance and minor repairs on four-wheel drive vehicle

The modes of delivery for this program will be Face to Face, classroom-based supported by a number of practical activities aimed at operating a 4WD vehicle on various terrain and road types, these activities are designed to satisfy the Practical Element and Assessment of the program.

Students who wish to learn more about their own vehicle are welcome to bring their own 4WD and perform the practical activities. These vehicles will need to be fully road worthy with current registration. Conditions apply.
